TESL NS winter/spring 2010 events
Intercultural Workshops for TESL NS members
- Our spring professional development this year is an Intercultural Development Inventory Assessment & Workshop which will be offered to TESL NS members on a choice of three separate days.
- Pre-registration is required; members will be accepted on a first registered - first reserved basis. Choose only one session and register soon.
- First session: This date is now full. Saturday March 6th at SMU TESL Centre: 9:00 - 4:00 with a light lunch included. Registration deadline is noon February 26
- Second session: Saturday April 17 at Acadia University: 9:00 - 4:00 with a light lunch included. Registration deadline is noon April 9
- Third session Saturday June 5 TBA in Halifax: 9:00 - 4:00 with a light lunch included. Registration deadline is noon May 28

TESL NS and TESL Canada conferences
- The TESL NS Annual Conference 2010 will be on November 6, 2010, at the Citadel Halifax Hotel. Details will be posted here and emailed to members when they are available.
- TESL Canada 2011 Conference. April 28-29-30, 2011, Halifax, NS. TESL NS is happy to be hosting this conference, Standing Corrected: Accuracy, Fluency and Reality. We are honoured that Michael Swan and Dr Roy Lyster will be our keynote speakers.
- TESL Canada 2011 Conference Call for Presentations and Call for Symposia are now posted on the conference page.
